The tea comes from a single estate and is a high grown variety from the beautiful Dimbulla region known for its extraordinarily fine teas. The coarse leaf tea includes some tips along with the broken bits of leaf. It is a shorter leaf but has a bright colour and a deliciously mild flavour. This tea is a certified organic grown black tea from Harrington Estate where only plant-based organic fertilisers along with manure from grass-fed cows are used to grow sensational teas.
